DEPARTMENT MANAGER - SHOES

Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example. Develop relationships to grow department business and execute all duties of a shoe sales associate. Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and meet department goals. Provide feedback on service, selling, and account statistics while developing solutions for customer problems and department needs. Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
