Job Summary
Department Manager for the Front End & Seasonal department in Watseka, IL. Responsible for merchandising and sales within the assigned department, delivering the highest level of customer service, and reporting to the Store Manager. Requires ability to work days, nights, and every other weekend; involves coordinating with Retail Buyers, training new department team members, and ensuring safe handling of merchandise. Demonstrates strong customer service skills, inventory management, and leadership in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
