Job Summary
Lead and develop a department within a leading department store, motivating and coaching associates to deliver outstanding customer service while driving department growth. Build relationships to grow the department business, execute duties of a sales associate to meet sales and account goals, assess and improve associate performance, provide feedback on service and statistics, develop and implement solutions to address customer problems and department needs, and manage a rotating schedule of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
