Job Summary
Residential Install Department Manager at Olathe, KS responsible for day-to-day operations of the Residential Install department, scheduling and dispatching to meet daily customer commitments, managing manpower to meet commitments cost-effectively, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, reviewing monthly financial/operational reports, developing action plans with front-line managers, and coaching/assisting with hiring, training, and developing new employees. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and mechanical aptitude; driving license required. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3-5 years of management experience preferred; supervising both field technicians/installers and office personnel.
