Department Manager Photo Lab - Internal

Directs the Photo Lab team to maintain customer service, operational, and production standards within the department; responsible for hiring, scheduling, and payroll, as well as ongoing training and staff development. Leads the department toward company goals and objectives, including achieving financial benchmarks in sales, inventory control, and payroll. Requires extensive knowledge of technical, mechanical, and digital photofinishing; strong computer and software proficiency used in photofinishing and the One-Hour Lab; and proven leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Must be able to train, coach, and develop employees for current roles and advancement, while ensuring adherence to company policies and objectives.
