Job Summary
Lead the department at H&M Palisades Mall, driving customer experience, sales, and visual/merchandising excellence. Responsible for recruiting, coaching, and developing the in-store team; setting and executing budgets and KPI plans; ensuring compliant, efficient store operations and adherence to brand standards. Partner with Visual Merchandising and store leadership to optimize product presentation, stock levels, and omni-channel services, including initiatives like the Hello Member loyalty program and in-store sustainability efforts.
