Job Summary
Department Manager responsible for leading the store team at H&M Orland Park, driving omni-channel customer experience, achieving sales and budget goals, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining operational routines and visual/product standards, and collaborating with Visual Merchandiser on fashion presentation and store initiatives. Requires strong leadership, analytical skills, customer-centric mindset, and ability to manage recruitment, performance evaluations, scheduling, and adherence to health & safety and company guidelines. Knowledge of in-store tech tools (Click & Collect, Smart Store) and focus on delivering engaging customer interactions and loyalty initiatives (Hello Member).
