Job Summary
As a Store Supervisor at the Northam Bunnings location, you will support the store leadership team and coach the on-site team to deliver friendly and helpful customer service. You will help induct and train staff, ensure merchandising standards align with business requirements, and coordinate stock to support in-store customer projects. The role emphasizes developing others, maintaining open communication, and representing an inclusive, customer-focused store culture.
