Job Summary
Lead and coach a Nike Department Manager team in Aventura, FL to deliver exceptional customer service and store performance. Responsibilities include staffing, onboarding, and developing teammates; driving store growth metrics (customer service, sales, budgeting, planning, and people leadership); managing product lifecycle from stockroom to floor and overseeing visual merchandising; ensuring a positive, inclusive environment and applying Nike Service Principles. Requires 3+ years of customer-facing retail/hospitality experience and 1+ year of leadership, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; ability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays; and a passion for sport and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
- One year of leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
