Job Summary
Department Manager Menswear responsible for leading the menswear department within TOTEME’s Biblioteksgatan Store, driving sales performance and delivering an authentic client experience. Key duties include coaching and developing the team, maintaining stock and back-of-house organisation, ensuring visual merchandising aligns with brand standards, and collaborating with Store Manager and HQ on product feedback and sustainability initiatives. Requires strong luxury/menswear knowledge, excellent client service, and leadership across a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in menswear specialty, or luxury, retail
- Strong understanding of client service, sales performance, and retail operations
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- An understanding of visual merchandising and stock management, ideally within a menswear category
- Strong product knowledge and interest in luxury menswear, tailoring, fabrication, and contemporary style
Desired Qualifications
