Job Summary
Lead the Menswear department on Madison Avenue by driving sales performance and delivering an authentic, high-level client experience. Responsibilities include coaching and developing the team through product knowledge, styling, and service standards; maintaining strong floor presence; analyzing business performance to identify opportunities; managing stock, replenishment, and back-of-house organization; ensuring visuals align with brand standards; collaborating with Store Manager and HQ on product and client feedback; participating in the company’s sustainability efforts; and representing TOTEME with exceptional client service and leadership on a fast-paced luxury retail floor.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in menswear specialty or luxury retail
- strong understanding of the menswear market
- strong understanding of client service, sales performance, and retail operations
- experienced in coaching and developing teams in a retail environment
- fluent in spoken and written English
