Job Summary
Department Manager responsible for leading and coaching a large footwear/retail team in a luxury brand environment. Focus on delivering budgeted sales, building client relationships, optimizing staff scheduling for peak floor coverage, and maintaining exceptional customer experience. Drive performance through leadership, CRM-based client management, KPI achievement, staff development, and adherence to brand standards and store operations. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing the team, managing concessions and host-store relationships, and ensuring payroll, stock, and event targets are met while upholding a premium fashion brand image.
Required Qualifications
- Currently working at Senior Manager within a high turnover business
- Experience of managing large teams
- Prior history of P&L accountability and driving bottom line contribution
- Proven ability to drive performance through people
- Background with a fashion-forward footwear, accessory or fashion brand - luxury experience preferred
