Department Manager - Lawn&Garden/Seasonal - Pekin, IL

Direct and coordinate merchandising of assigned lawn and garden products, setting priorities for new distribution and ensuring adequate inventory across all department areas. Assist customers with purchases while working closely with Retail Buyers to address product needs, and provide training and direction to new team members. Maintain safety standards during merchandise handling and manage an irregular schedule involving days, nights, and alternating weekends. Perform frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and long periods of standing in a retail environment. This role supports the Store Manager in delivering high-level customer service within the seasonal department.
