Department Manager In-training Front End/PCX

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a specific department within a store, ensuring it meets sales and profitability goals. Train and develop department associates in customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and manage departmental expenses and budget preparation. Communicate regularly with store management to align on store-wide goals and lead diverse teams to improve productivity and retention. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
