Job Summary
Department Manager for Integrated Information Technology Systems oversees and manages IT services and operations for defense-sector clients. Responsibilities include managing maintenance of services projects (resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, risk management), achieving KPIs related to orders and revenues, fostering continuous service improvement and customer-centricity, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in maintenance services, managing staff well-being and training programs, spearheading development of AI and health monitoring capabilities (with OEMs or others), developing and sustaining Systems of Systems competencies, and leading cross-department responses to customer requests and incidents to ensure 24/7 readiness. Candidates should have knowledge in CS/IT/Electrical & Electronics Engineering, at least 5 years in a leadership/system integration role, strong networking and cyber security knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. Singaporean nationals preferred. Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- At least 5 years of proven work experience as System Architect or leadership role in System Integration projects
- Strong knowledge in network, cyber security and system integration
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong sense of business acumen
- Certified Systems Engineering Professional is an advantage
- Singaporean only
