Department Manager - Hardware/Power Tools - Lockport, NY

Direct and coordinate merchandising of assigned hardware, plumbing, and paint products while setting priorities for new merchandise distribution. Ensure adequate inventory across all department areas and assist customers with purchases. Work closely with Retail Buyers to address product needs and provide training and direction to new team members. Maintain safety standards when handling merchandise for employees and customers. This role requires an irregular schedule including days, nights, and alternating weekends, with frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and long periods of standing in a retail environment.
