Job Summary
Build and manage a daily game and sales plan for the Hardgoods department while coaching and developing your team through continuous feedback and constructive support. Create development plans for full-time staff to improve performance gaps and maintain a positive work environment by setting clear expectations and fostering open communication. Lead by example as a culture and brand ambassador, demonstrating a passion for sports and the industry to drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Minimum of 2 years in retail at a supervisory level required. Salary range $42,500–$56,250.
