Job Summary
Department Manager responsible for Sales and Profit goals in the Ahmedabad store, leading the team to deliver the Best Customer Experience. Responsibilities include evaluating team performance and supporting development and succession planning, analyzing Sales & Profit KPI's, ensuring Health & Safety, legal compliance, and security, coordinating allocation and replenishment to align with sales trends, and informing Store Manager of risks and opportunities related to the competitive landscape. Skills include inclusive leadership, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, customer service excellence, team management, visual merchandising, and driving commerciality. Required Qualifications
