Job Summary
Lead and develop the store team in Cyprus to deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring excellent operational and visual standards, while actively promoting and selling products. Own the store and department performance, analyze sales data, identify opportunities, set goals, and create plans to optimize results, profits, and stock. Manage team planning, scheduling, and opening/closing routines. Recruit, onboard, and develop staff, fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture. Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.
