Job Summary
Direct and coordinate merchandising of assigned Farm/Pet products, setting priorities for new merchandise distribution and ensuring adequate inventory across all areas. Assist customers with purchases while working closely with Retail Buyers to address product needs and maintain safety standards during merchandise handling. Provide training and direction to new department team members, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered consistently. Manage an irregular work schedule including days, nights, and alternating weekends, with frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and long periods of standing required in a retail store environment.

Desired Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and understanding in Farm, pets and animal health is preferred
