Job Summary
Lead and coach the Deli department at Tillicum Save-On-Foods to achieve operational excellence and superior customer experience. Responsible for executing merchandising plans, health and food safety, training and development of team members, performance management, scheduling, analyzing KPI and financial reports, driving sales and customer loyalty, and maintaining inventory integrity. Must communicate effectively, collaborate with management, and uphold company values in a fast-paced grocery environment. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in hot/cold environments. Food Safe Certification preferred; post-secondary business education is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of retail experience
