Job Summary
Department Manager for Club Sports responsible for leadership across sports departments (Teamsports, Racket Sports & Nature Sports) including recruitment, training and development, leadership, market research, economic analysis and projection, financial management, and commercial merchandising. The role entails project management, sound retail operations, and driving performance to support Decathlon UK's mission to help more people stay active. Must be an energetic self-starter with strong leadership skills, a people-centered approach, and the ability to rethink and reinvent retail. Requires working usual retail hours including evenings and weekends; visa sponsorship not available.
