Department Manager - Clothing & Footwear - Moorhead, MN

Direct and coordinate merchandising of assigned clothing and footwear products, setting priorities for new merchandise distribution and maintaining adequate inventory. Assist customers with purchases while implementing theft tag prevention strategies and ensuring safety during merchandise handling. Work closely with Retail Buyers to address product needs and provide training and direction to new department team members. Clean and organize the department daily. This role requires an irregular schedule including days, nights, and every other weekend or holidays, with frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and long periods of standing.
