Job Summary
Department Manager responsible for driving Sales and Profit KPIs and delivering a Great Customer Experience on the shop floor. Lead and develop a team of Sales Advisors, manage performance through development plans and regular feedback, and collaborate with Visual Merchandisers to maximize sales and implement the Commercial Handbook. Focus on leadership, talent development, succession planning, and building a positive, inclusive team culture while maintaining store standards and delivering outcomes aligned with country goals. Strong emphasis on coaching, delegation, and relationship-building with colleagues and customers to turn actions into results.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role with proven results in driving commercial KPIs and team development
- Experience analysing commercial reports and formulating plans to maximize sales
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal to coach and develop your team
- Customer-centric mindset
- Desire to learn and grow and share passion with team
