Department Manager - Automotive - Brookings, SD

Direct and coordinate merchandising of assigned automotive products, setting priorities for new merchandise distribution and ensuring adequate inventory across all areas. Assist customers with purchases while working closely with Retail Buyers to address product needs and information. Provide training and direction to new department team members, ensuring safety practices are followed during merchandise handling. Report to the Store Manager and deliver the highest level of customer service. This role requires working days, nights, and every other weekend, with frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and long periods of standing in a retail store environment.
