Job Summary
Direct and coordinate merchandising of assigned products, setting priorities for new merchandise distribution and ensuring adequate inventory across all areas. Assist customers with purchases while working closely with Retail Buyers to address product needs. Provide training and direction to new department team members, ensuring safety practices are followed during merchandise handling. Manage an irregular work schedule involving days, nights, and alternating weekends in a retail environment, performing frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and long periods of standing.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Automotive supplies and/or farm operations is preferred
- High School Diploma preferred
- Customer Service training and or experience preferred
