Job Summary
Department Manager responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading a Sales Advisor team, overseeing daily store operations, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and development. Role involves analyzing sales data to maximize department performance, ensuring brand standards and service excellence, acting as a store/brand ambassador, and stepping in as Store Manager when needed. Requires strong customer focus, product passion, effective communication, adaptability, and fluency in English and Dutch; 38-hour temp/full-time contract in a retail fashion environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Good knowledge of store operations and standards from retail experience
- Team Leadership ability
- Analytical thinking and understanding of retail KPIs
- Excellent communication and ability to provide direction and feedback
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and customer requests
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Temp full-time position with a 38-hour contract
