Job Summary
Lead Dry, Disposables, and Culinary Equipment Supplies functions and manage fresh departments as assigned. Ensure proper inventory levels, execute daily orders, and maintain appealing merchandise presentation and pricing standards. Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities, including opening and closing the CHEF'STORE in the absence of Store Management. Train staff, maximize sales through superior customer service, and ensure the facility is safe and well-maintained. Correct safety issues immediately and notify management of any violations. This role requires weekends, holidays, and frequent lifting up to 80 pounds. Full-time, 30-40 hours weekly with benefits starting Day 1.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years' experience in a retail setting, restaurant, or customer service environment
- Supervisory or Lead experience preferred
- Must possess the ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, which includes holidays and weekends
- Must possess and demonstrate competency and proficiency with computer use, word processing, email, and internet software
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift 40-80 pounds
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
- Must be able to open and close the CHEF'STORE
- Must be able to perform Manager on Duty responsibilities
- Must be able to lift 1-10 lbs continuously
- Must be able to lift 11-20 lbs continuously
- Must be able to lift 21-50 lbs continuously
- Must be able to lift 51-100 lbs frequently
- Must be able to climb/balance frequently
- Must be able to stoop/squat frequently
- Must be able to bend frequently
- Must be able to reach above shoulder frequently
- Must be able to twist frequently
- Must be able to grasp objects continuously
- Must be able to manipulate objects continuously
- Must be able to perform manual dexterity frequently
- Must be able to push/pull frequently
