Job Summary
Lead Dry, Disposables, and Culinary Equipment Supplies (CES) and fresh departments as assigned, ensuring effective inventory levels, appealing merchandise presentation, and quality customer service. Manage daily operations by completing orders, executing date checks, stocking shelves, setting up displays, and processing sales. Open and close the CHEF'STORE and perform Manager on Duty functions in the absence of Store Management. Train, motivate, and develop staff to execute departmental standards while maintaining a safe, well-maintained environment. Correct safety issues immediately and notify management of any concerns. Interact with customers, service providers, and employees across all levels to support business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years' experience in a retail setting, restaurant, or customer service environment
- Must possess the ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, which includes holidays and weekends
- Must possess and demonstrate competency and proficiency with computer use, word processing, email, and internet software
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities for described length of time OCCASIONALLY: 1% - 33 / FREQUENTLY: 34% - 66% / CONTINUOUSLY: 67% - 100%

- 5 (Manual Dexterity: Typing, use of office machines such as copiers, printers)
