Job Summary
Lead Dry, Disposables, and Culinary Equipment Supplies (CES) and fresh departments as assigned by Store Management, ensuring proper inventory levels, appealing merchandise presentation, and quality customer service. Execute Manager on Duty responsibilities in the absence of Store or Assistant Store Managers, including opening and closing the CHEF'STORE. Complete all daily orders, maximize sales through superior service and in-stock freshness, and ensure a daily date check is executed. Train and develop staff to maintain standards while managing safety policies and correcting facility issues. Perform stock shelving, display setup, and cleaning duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years' experience in a retail setting, restaurant, or customer service environment
- Must possess the ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, which includes holidays and weekends
- Must possess and demonstrate competency and proficiency with computer use, word processing, email, and internet software
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Must be able to perform Manipulate Objects (Boxes, dolly, metal truck ramp, hand truck, paperwork, truck gate, straps)
- Must be able to perform Manual Dexterity (Typing, use of office machines such as copiers, printers)
- Must be able to physically interact with customers
