Job Summary
The Department Lead assists and partners with management to drive the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer experiences, training and coaching associates, managing staff, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring appropriate merchandise stock levels, and managing accurate product inventory. Candidates need strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for horticulture. Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally and the ability to perform various physical tasks.
