Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer to ensure an exceptional experience while maintaining outstanding standards and demonstrating solid product knowledge. Train and coach associates in all business aspects to build consistent skills and product expertise. Manage staff efficiently, adapt management styles to specific situations, and foster a respectful work environment. Ensure a clean and safe work environment across fixtures, shelves, backroom, bathrooms, and the sales floor. Maintain appropriate merchandise stock levels, quality, and presentation with current signage, while managing accurate inventory and timely receipts. Operate POS systems for cash management, opening and closing tills, markdowns, returns, and sign creation.

- Ability to use and understand POS system and computer systems; including but not limited to cash management, opening and closing tills, appropriate markdowns, customer returns and sign creation
