Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer to deliver an exceptional experience, demonstrating solid product knowledge in horticulture, yard, and home décor. Train and coach associates on all business aspects to ensure consistent service standards while fostering a respectful work environment. Efficiently manage staff, maintain clean and safe fixtures and shelves, and ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and presentation. Monitor accurate product inventory, manage cash operations through the POS system, and verify signage compliance. Adapt management styles to achieve desired results and interpret operational reports and training materials.

- Ability to use and understand POS system and computer systems; including but not limited to cash management, opening and closing tills, appropriate markdowns, customer returns and sign creation
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 3 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
