Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer to ensure an exceptional experience, demonstrating solid product knowledge in horticulture, yard, and home décor. Train and coach associates on business aspects and customer service standards while fostering a respectful work environment. Manage staff efficiently to maintain clean, safe fixtures and shelves, ensuring appropriate merchandise stock levels and current signage. Interpret reports and operations manuals to oversee accurate inventory, timely receipts, and POS system functions including cash management and returns. Adapt management styles to achieve desired results and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.

- Ability to train and develop sales associates

- Ability to interpret documents such as reports, training materials, operations manual, and other documents
- Ability to use and understand POS system and computer systems
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 3 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
