Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer to ensure an exceptional experience, maintaining outstanding standards and demonstrating solid product knowledge across all company guidelines. Train and coach associates in business aspects to build consistent skills, while adapting management styles to achieve desired results. Efficiently manage staff and foster a respectful environment, ensuring a clean, safe work area including fixtures, shelves, backroom, and sales floor. Monitor merchandise stock levels, quality, and presentation, verifying accurate inventory counts and timely receipt of goods. Operate POS systems for cash management, opening and closing tills, markdowns, returns, and sign creation.

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 3 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
