Greet and engage every customer while maintaining outstanding standards and demonstrating solid product knowledge across the sales floor. Train and coach associates in all business aspects to ensure consistent service delivery and foster a respectful work environment. Efficiently manage staff, adapt management styles to specific situations, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Maintain appropriate merchandise stock levels, quality presentation, and current signage while ensuring accurate inventory counts and timely receipt of goods. Operate POS systems for cash management, opening and closing tills, and processing returns. Ensure a clean and safe work environment including fixtures, shelves, backroom, and bathrooms.
