Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer to ensure an exceptional experience, while maintaining outstanding standards and demonstrating solid product knowledge. Train and coach associates in all business aspects to build consistent skills, and efficiently manage staff to meet business needs. Ensure a clean and safe work environment across fixtures, shelves, backroom, bathroom, and sales floor, and verify appropriate merchandise stock levels, quality, and presentation. Monitor accurate product inventory, including on-hand counts and timely receipt of goods, while using POS systems for cash management, opening and closing tills, and returns. Foster a respectful work environment and adapt management styles to achieve desired results.

- Ability to use and understand POS system and computer systems; including but not limited to cash management, opening and closing tills, appropriate markdowns, customer returns and sign creation
