Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer to ensure an exceptional experience while demonstrating solid product knowledge in home and garden merchandise. Train and coach associates on all business aspects, including POS system usage for cash management, returns, and sign creation. Efficiently manage staff, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and presentation. Interpret reports and operations manuals to drive results while fostering a respectful workplace. Requires horticulture knowledge and strong leadership skills to execute company mission and values.

- Ability to use and understand POS system and computer systems; including but not limited to cash management, opening and closing tills, appropriate markdowns, customer returns and sign creation
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 3 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
