Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer while maintaining outstanding standards and demonstrating solid product knowledge to ensure an exceptional experience. Train and coach associates on all business aspects, including POS system usage, cash management, and inventory procedures. Efficiently manage staff, foster a respectful environment, and ensure compliance with policies such as uniform dress codes. Maintain clean and safe work areas, verify accurate product inventory, and ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and presentation. Adapt management styles to achieve desired results while supporting the execution of the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.

- Passion for horticulture, yard/home décor, and seasonal merchandise
- Exceptional leadership qualities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop sales associates
- Time-management skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt and change based upon specific situations
- Ability to interpret documents such as reports, training materials, operations manual, and other documents
- Ability to use and understand POS system and computer systems
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 3 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
