Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer while demonstrating solid product knowledge and maintaining outstanding standards. Train and coach associates in all business aspects to ensure consistent, exceptional service. Efficiently manage staff, foster a respectful work environment, and ensure a clean, safe sales floor and backroom. Monitor merchandise stock levels, quality, and presentation, verifying accurate inventory counts and timely receipt of goods. Utilize POS systems for cash management, opening and closing tills, markdowns, and returns. Adapt management styles to achieve desired results and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

- Ability to use and understand POS system and computer systems; including but not limited to cash management, opening and closing tills, appropriate markdowns, customer returns and sign creation
- Horticulture knowledge
- Skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages
