Department Lead - Hard Anodize Chemical Line

Lead a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations of the Hard Anodize Chemical Process. Organize the assigned area daily for ready access to orders and maintain inventory levels while communicating with purchasing as required. Effectively communicate with Management and Customer Service regarding current and upcoming work, and work closely with Production Managers to determine daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. Monitor employee attendance, address issues promptly, assist in verifying payroll hours, and maintain appropriate documentation on all orders. Train employees, monitor their performance, and resolve technical problems by communicating to keep production moving and meet customer expectations. Maintain a safe and clean work environment adhering to all safety regulations. Lead by example to set standards for attendance, production, quality, and safety.
