Job Summary
Greet and engage every customer to ensure an exceptional experience while maintaining outstanding standards and demonstrating solid product knowledge. Train and coach associates in all business aspects to build consistent skills, and efficiently manage staff to achieve desired results. Adapt management styles to specific situations, foster a respectful work environment, and ensure a clean, safe sales floor and backroom. Monitor merchandise stock levels, quality, and presentation, while maintaining accurate inventory counts and timely receipt of goods. Operate POS systems for cash management, opening and closing tills, markdowns, and customer returns.
