Job Summary
Lead, coach, and train production Team Members while overseeing daily operations to ensure products are manufactured, packaged, and shipped safely and efficiently. Operate and monitor production lines, including packaging, inspections, allergen changeovers, and sanitation procedures, while performing basic equipment troubleshooting and maintaining clean work areas. Prepare lines for changeovers, ensure adequate staffing, assign work, and communicate daily priorities. Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and workplace safety requirements. Utilize SAP, RedZone, and Microsoft Outlook for production reporting, inventory management, and performance monitoring. Maintain accurate production and inventory records, perform routine quality inspections, and provide timely feedback to Team Members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible, dependable, and works well as part of a team
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Must be able to frequently use hands to handle products and operate equipment
- Must be able to perform frequent repetitive motions involving the hands, wrists, and arms
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience
- SAP experience
- Experience with production reporting, inventory transactions, and production order management
- Experience using RedZone or other ERP systems
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, sanitation, and allergen control procedures
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
