Job Summary
Unload incoming trucks, restock merchandise displays, and manage promotional bin tags as arranged by management. Execute daily operational goals assigned by the store manager while handling special orders for non-stock items. Remove price tags from displays, watch end caps and side wings, and respond to radio requests. Monitor for shoplifters and act in line with company policy, ensuring excellent customer service interactions. Gather and analyze data to maintain accurate records. Possess a valid driver's license, technical proficiency in computer systems, and at least six months of retail experience. Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months-1 year of retail experience
- Technically proficient in computer systems including related software
- Gather and analyze data and maintain accurate records
- Take initiative, assume responsibility, and execute thoroughly
- Interact with staff at all levels of the organization
- Possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company's insurance carrier's standards
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred
