Job Summary
Department Head for the Graduate Nursing program; oversees MSN and NP program, leads nursing graduate department, ensures compliance with Title IX, FERPA, GDPR, FIPA and Board of Nursing/ACEN/CCNE standards; responsible for faculty recruitment and evaluation, curriculum and schedule management across multiple campuses, student orientation and commencements, program accreditation, clinical partnerships, and regular reporting to university leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a registered nurse (RN), with an active, unencumbered Florida Nursing License.
- Must hold a Doctoral degree in a related field, preferably in Nursing, from an accredited program and institution.
- Must demonstrate 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within an accredited Nursing program, preferably simultaneous leadership of multiple Nursing programs.
