Job Summary
Department Head - Firearms responsible for unloading incoming trucks and stocking merchandise, removing promotional tags, restocking displays, handling special orders, and ensuring excellent customer service to deter shoplifting. Execute daily priorities from store management, respond to radio requests, and monitor displays such as end caps and side wings. Gather and analyze data, maintain accurate records, and interact with staff at all levels. Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, proficiency with computer systems, and bilingual Spanish communication skills; a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months-1 year of retail experience
- Technically proficient in computer systems including related software
- Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred
- Possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company’s insurance carrier’s standards
