Department Faculty - Associate Director of Clinical Training, Clinical Psychology - Washington, D.C. (Hybrid)

Oversee students' practicum and internship experiences by assisting with site selection, reviewing application materials, and providing secondary advisement on professional goals. Monitor performance through evaluations and hour logs, track placement data, and lead remediation planning for students encountering issues. Manage the network of practicum sites by conducting visits for maintenance, addressing student concerns, and developing new relationships with supervisors. Teach four credits as assigned and participate in departmental strategic planning, re-accreditation efforts, and the admissions process. Collaborate with training site supervisors and faculty advisors on training matters, rules, and regulations while maintaining ethical decision-making standards.
