Job Summary

Coordinate leadership-level meetings, track action items, and manage complex calendars for the Wirecutter team. Execute end-to-end planning for leadership onsites and external client activities, including scheduling, reservations, and follow-ups. Manage the Office of the GM budget and expenses, handling travel and entertainment approvals and receipt gathering. Maintain operational artifacts like staff lists and org charts, while stewarding the Manhattan office space and seating assignments. Support department workflows including timekeeping in Workday and staff-wide event coordination. Lead special projects to improve business operating systems and meeting cadences. This hybrid role reports to the Director of Business Operations and is temporary-to-permanent.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations coordinator role, supporting multiple leaders
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to read the room, build authentic trust, and navigate a highly collaborative environment with empathy, tact, and discretion
  • Experience managing competing demands, with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • This hybrid position is based in our New York office
