Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum)
  • 至少8 years of job-related experience
  • Experience supervising facilities management and construction operations
  • Ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and multiple capital projects annually
  • Knowledge of fire suppression, electrical, and mechanical building systems
  • Knowledge of building codes, OSHA and ADA regulations, and other federal and state policies
  • Ability to organize, direct, and supervise individuals and teams
  • Driver's license background check (pre-employment)
