Job Summary
Facilitate office functions for Volunteer & Guest Services by orchestrating a professionally run department and maintaining director-level clerical duties. Prepare metrics, employee productivity charts, and departmental statistics while managing the Director's calendar and coordinating travel arrangements. Author correspondence, route inquiries, and record messages to ensure accurate communication. Develop and maintain an accurate filing system, prepare meeting agendas, and transcribe minutes. Complete monthly stat reports, maintain employee files, and monitor quality control programs. Enhance staff competency by assisting with in-services, meetings, and orientations. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma / GED or the completion of an associate's degree in a business/related field
- Two (2) to three (3) years office experience
- Proficient typing
- Operation of standard office equipment
- Recent clerical experience utilizing multiple computer programs
- Experience in advanced Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in API program
